Our Project Manager has the supervisory responsibility of multiple projects (or one large project, depending on the particulars of the projects) and will have multiple staff persons report to him/her.
Qualifications:
- Four year degree or equivalent.
- Ten or more years of experience / knowledge in construction.
- Ability to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize performance.
- Understanding of industry practices, processes, standards and their impact on project activities Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills are essential.

- 3 or more years of construction scheduling experience with Primavera products.
- Proficient in Primavera P3; experience in P3e/c or P6 is desirable.
- Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in a technical field such as Construction Management or Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in design and construction projects can be substituted for a degree.
- Be computer literate including the following software: Primavera Project Planner, Microsoft Word, Excel, or Lotus 1-2-3. Familiarity with SureTrak, Access, Primavera Contract Manager or Prolog would be a plus.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Able to work as a team member, contributing to the overall program development by participating in group discussions in areas of expertise.
- Self-starter, able to work with minimal direction or supervision.
- High integrity and honesty with superb interpersonal skills to work effectively in the client workspace.
- Experience in creating and managing schedules that include 2,500 activities or more.
